Advise and support managers and HR business partners on employment law issues
Draft legal memoranda, employment contracts and collective agreements
Contribute to strategic files within the Social Development department
Participate in legal monitoring and updates in labor law
Handle individual and collective employment law matters
Contribute to specific projects such as restructurings, M&A transactions and cross-border company acquisitions
Take part in team life and collective exchanges within the #TeamSpirit community
Lead an individual project serving the team.
Requirements
Law student enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 in Employment/Social Law (Bac+4 / Bac+5) or trainee lawyer (CRFPA-qualified), seeking a minimum 6-month internship starting early July 2026
Ideally, prior experience in an employment law department of a large company or in an employment law-focused law firm
Proficiency with office tools (Google Suite or equivalent)
Professional English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
