Role Overview
- Draft legal notices, complaints, and case documents
- Review and validate client information and supporting evidence
- Assist in filing complaints (labour, civil, or criminal as applicable)
- Conduct legal research on: Labour Codes Wage and employment laws
- Coordinate with empaneled advocates for case progression
- Maintain structured case records and trackers
- Ensure timelines and documentation standards are met
- Communicate case updates to clients professionally
Requirements
- LLB Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers welcome; litigation or legal internship experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws / labour codes
- You must have completed Internship with a reputed firm
