Role Overview
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance and testing initiatives
- Manage QE teams aligning with development and product teams
- Track QE deliverables, KPIs and defect metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define test plans and delivery schedules
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of testing documentation
- Hire, mentor and coach QE professionals
- Drive improvements in test automation frameworks and release process
- Communicate testing outcomes, risks, and mitigation strategies to executives and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- At least 3 years of prior management experience
