Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and door shops to expand Masonite's share of wallet in assigned geography.
Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell Masonite door systems and components.
Support new product launches and product share growth initiatives to drive premium mix.
Collaborate with sales enablement and channel marketing to develop promotions, events, and campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate growth.
Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends, using this knowledge to adjust channel strategies as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
Direct sales experience of 3
5 years preferred
Ability to travel as business needs dictate
up to 70% of the time
