Leading development and implementation of plans, policies, and strategies in support of business objectives;
Creating and tracking key performance metrics;
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support initiatives that drive operational and financial performance and growth.
Directs and coordinates educational, administrative and counseling activities of high school students by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Develops and oversees implementation of the school’s Student Achievement Improvement Plan.
Supervises and evaluates teaching staff;
Manages teacher performance, developing and providing necessary training to support their professional development;
