High School Counselor

Role Overview

• Promotes student success by providing preventive services
• Responds to identified needs through school counseling program
• Assists students in postsecondary options
• Provides short-term counseling and referrals
• Collaborates with teaching staff to develop graduation plans

Requirements

• Kansas Counselor Certification
• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement
• School Counselor License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible schedule
