Benefits
Respectful, flat-hierarchy culture: flat structures, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what matters is what you can do, not your title.
Real flexibility: no core working hours, home office and, in many positions, location-independent work — for more freedom in your job.
Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform, or LinkedIn training including a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
A culture that connects: with foosball nights, team challenges, our big Celebrate annual party and regular feel-good activities — for greater community and team spirit.
International projects with a wow factor: our talent works on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with constantly new and challenging assignments.
Mental health & wellbeing in focus: through OpenUp we offer access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
Sustainability with real impact: our CSR team actively supports cleanup actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and much more — because sustainable action is a mindset, not a trend.
Equal opportunity is a given: we offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our daily practice.
An office that feels like home: modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a swing chair — we provide everything so you can perform at your best. And yes: your furry friend is welcome too!
More than just a salary: 30 days of vacation in full-time, paid special leave, company bike leasing (JobRad), subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
Family-friendly in practice: we know family comes first. Whether parental leave, daycare subsidies or short-term time off — we support you so you can be there for your family without sacrificing your career.
