Senior Project Manager – Meetings, Events & Conferences

Role Overview

• As a Senior Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Berlin, you plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
• You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
• You build and develop relationships with clients within your projects, advise them according to their needs, and lead project meetings.
• You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
• You prepare cost estimates for new proposals, monitor your budgets, and process project billing — including reporting and documentation.
• You continuously develop our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Completed commercial (business) training or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, and leading small teams
• Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented with a structured working style; strong consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills; and business acumen
• Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
