7+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record scaling e‑commerce brands via direct-response marketing and full-funnel growth
Proven experience building in-house performance teams, including strong, diversified, and high-velocity creative pipelines
Strong analytical skills combined with customer-centric thinking and marketing/sales instincts to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
Ownership mentality: you drive execution through structured planning, testing, iteration, and learning with your team and stakeholders
Deep understanding of customer needs, messaging, and value propositions
Up-to-date knowledge of platform developments, algorithm changes, new tools and trends, and channel-specific growth tactics
