Collaborate with the CEO, and leaders of all departments to develop a People strategy that aims to maintain and increase employee engagement.
Work with Professional Development Managers to set standards for employee coaching, mentorship and professional development.
Work with COO, India to implement employee management systems that will help with performance management and people operations.
Work with the recruitment team to design recruitment process that offers a great candidate experience and helps us find the best candidates.
Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Learning and Development/Training at fast-moving, high-growth technology companies
3+ years of experience in HR leadership
Bachelors degree in related fields; MBA, MA or MS and/or SPHR or SHRM-SCP is a plus.
Empathy, great communication skills and a high degree of self-reflection combined with the desire to care for people
Understanding and experience working across all People areas: culture, people experience, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, L&D, DEI, operations.
