Role Overview
- Process Ownership & Governance: Own, design, and continuously improve all internal IT processes within the domain of IT Applications
- Leadership & Organizational Development: Lead, inspire, and develop 120 employees across multiple teams
- Agile & Continuous Improvement: Promote agile values and introduce agile methods
- Operational Excellence: Ensure stable, efficient, and reliable IT processes
- Change & Transformation Leadership: Drive change management initiatives and ensure adoption during transformation phases
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership
- Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methods, and modern IT delivery models
- Proven leadership experience in multi-location or international environments
- Ability to guide large teams and manage diverse stakeholder groups
- Assertiveness combined with empathy and strong communication skills
- High resilience and motivation to shape the future of IT applications
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
