About this role
Role Overview
Consults with business leaders to diagnose current and future HR needs and develop a strategy for resolution.
Act as a change agent for optimizing organizational design.
Collaborates with COE specialists to implement HR solutions and strategy.
Analyze data to recommend solutions and drive continuous improvement of strategic talent priorities.
Consult with business leaders to identify future leadership talent and develop succession plans.
Responsible for ensuring business relevance of HR services offered.
Directly supports business/function leaders with advice and counsel.
Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, HR or a related field; professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM)
5 – 7 years of professional and progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment or similar industry
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a track record of providing strategic HR partnership with site leaders.
High proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and an ATS (SuccessFactors)
