Take an ownership mentality to management of the web, social, and email channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, communications/PR, corporate social responsibility, clinical ops, sales, and other business units
Support marketing initiatives with comprehensive engagement plans utilizing all necessary channels within the position’s area of responsibility
Coordinate creative production with agency partners and internal resources
Design & execute automated email journeys to support key customer engagement points
Manage operation of the BrightEdge platform to improve site SEO
Incorporate marketing tracking and attribution strategies into all campaigns
Monitor performance metrics and leverage insights to refine channel strategies
Curate existing web content and work to sunset/retire pages or experiences
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, content management systems, and digital marketing trends
Lead web content management specialists and social media specialist
Assess new and emerging creative mediums, approaches, tools, and best practices
Develop talent – strengthen internal processes, capabilities, and team members by championing training and development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
6-8+ years of progressive experience in communications planning, health insurance marketing, marketing automation, and marketing channel management
3+ years of managing direct reports
Strong business acumen and marketing acumen/discipline.
Fluency in campaign tools for audience development and activation
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web content optimization techniques
Proficiency in Sitecore CMS or other comparable systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
