The Manager of AI and Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on AI-driven tools and data.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of AI-enabled digital marketing programs across paid media, GEO/SEO/SEM, email, marketing automation, web, and social channels
- Manage, coach, and develop Digital Marketing Specialists, Sales Development Resources and others related to lead generation - fostering strong performance, accountability, and continuous skill development
- Identify, implement, and optimize AI tools and technologies to enhance audience targeting, personalization, content performance, and campaign efficiency
- Partner with the Sr. Director of Marketing to translate business goals into scalable digital and AI marketing strategies
- Analyze campaigns, events, SDR performance using data, dashboards, and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous optimization. Reporting for demand generation performance lead, opportunity to close win/loss
- Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend, ROI optimization, and performance tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, sales, IT, and analytics teams to ensure integrated and consistent marketing execution
- Stay current on emerging AI, digital marketing, and MarTech trends, recommending innovations and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, brand standards, and internal governance related to digital and AI initiatives
- Establish testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, AI-driven experimentation) to continuously improve campaign performance and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field required
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for multi-channel digital campaigns
- 2–4 years of people management experience, including leading and developing specialist-level marketing talent
- Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to digital marketing strategy and execution
- Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and MarTech platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, AI tools)
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate strategic objectives into measurable digital outcomes
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, AI/MarTech platforms) preferred
