Play a vital role in migrating data from legacy systems to Oracle NetSuite, ensuring 95% accuracy in transaction processing and maintaining "ledger hygiene" with zero unreconciled items at month-end.
Act as the gatekeeper for the Delegation of Authority (DoA), verifying payment requests against valid tax invoices and managing the AP aging profile to ensure 90%+ of balances remain current.
Perform timely bank reconciliations by the 3rd business day of each month and update daily cash trackers to assist with liquidity monitoring.
Facilitate monthly matching and reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables to ensure a clean consolidated close.
Manage the monthly Fixed Asset (FA) register and ensure all financial activities comply with local Thai legislative requirements, including VAT (P.P.30) and Withholding Tax (P.N.D. 3, 53).
Assist regional finance teams with data for benchmarks and business cases while maintaining a digital filing system for "audit-ready" retrieval.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 2–5 years in finance and accounting.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.
High proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs).
Solid grasp of spreadsheet functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Filtering.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) for communication with international stakeholders and system use.
Fundamental understanding of Thai tax regulations and certificate preparation.
