Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of patient’s billing concerns
• Implement collection policies and procedures
• Interview and counsel patients for payment arrangements and/or charity assistance
• Work with patients to resolve account balances

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year experience in a healthcare setting
• One (1) year previous customer service experience
