Delivers a best-in-class employee experience focusing on benefit programs, leave of absence administration, employee assistance & wellness programs, relocations, retirement program and sabbatical leave.
Execute defined processes, policies and programs.
Address employee inquiries and create a personalized employee experience for both Admin and Craft across DPR and the Family of Companies.
Administers leave of absence process ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Promotes and drives engagement in health & welfare programs, wellness and employee assistance programs.
Proactively suggest improvements to Leader regarding improvements to current processes, policies and programs and identify areas for innovation and where to add to the employee value proposition.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or a related field of study.
4–6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Construction industry experience is a plus.
Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) both written and oral is preferred but not required.
