You will work directly with the CEO on the strategic direction of GreenPocket.
Using your broad interests, you will identify market-relevant key elements over several months for acquiring new direct customers in a specific segment (e.g., trade, municipalities, and the residential/property management sector).
From your findings, you will derive concrete action items and actively initiate first contacts with potential customers.
You welcome the challenge of regularly engaging with new or amended legal requirements (e.g., the Energy Efficiency Ordinance) and assessing their impact on the company.
In addition, you are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and interested in exploring growth opportunities in new markets.
Market and competitor analyses are exactly your thing.
You enjoy working on market entry concepts, business models for corporate customers and innovations, creating Ideal Customer Profiles, and you’re open to creative approaches.
You independently manage your market-relevant strategic projects, but you know exactly when to involve internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product Management, Development and Controlling/Finance, and you also coordinate with external service providers.
You convince us with your creative skills when developing marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
You discuss all your results directly with the CEO.
Requirements
You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a management-focused program, or you hold a comparable qualification that convinces us.
You are an analytical thinker who understands relationships and can analyze them quickly.
Ideally, you already have first experience in Business Development at a software company, preferably in a startup or consulting environment.
It is desirable that you are interested in topics related to energy efficiency and AI or already have experience in these areas.
With your excellent PowerPoint skills, you engage others with your presentations, and you are also very confident using Excel.
With very good German and English skills, you are comfortable in conversations with potential customers.
