You will shape how enterprise customers architect their marketing operations, influence our product roadmap, and create the scalable frameworks that define how Professional Services delivers value at scale.
You will be the driving force behind how AI transforms our delivery model: identifying where AI-powered workflows, automation, and intelligence can replace manual effort, accelerate time-to-value, and allow a leaner PS team to do the work of a much larger one.
You will be a senior voice in the room on solution design, working alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success to win and retain the most complex, highest-value accounts in our portfolio — and you will bring an AI-first lens to every engagement, blueprint, and framework you produce.
Design scalable, future-proof solutions that align business strategy, technical architecture, and product capability across complex, multi-system environments.
Create AI-augmented solution blueprints and reference architectures that serve as repeatable, scalable assets across the PS organization.
Lead deep architectural discovery with both business and technical stakeholders to surface requirements, constraints, and long-term design considerations.
Own the PS organization’s AI delivery strategy, identifying which implementation tasks, discovery processes, documentation, and quality assurance workflows can be systematically augmented or automated using AI tools.
Establish delivery and governance frameworks that define how PS executes complex, multi-phase implementations.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in business consulting, solution architecture, or implementation leadership within a SaaS environment.
Deep fluency in marketing performance management, budget allocation, or marketing operations — ideally in enterprise or multi-brand contexts.
Proven track record of leading discovery and solutioning with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping scope, pricing, and solution narratives that directly influence ARR outcomes.
Experience working in pre-sales or deal support capacity alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
Ability to build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards, not just deliver individual projects.
Demonstrated experience leading AI transformation initiatives, including the design and adoption of AI-powered workflows, automation tooling, or AI-assisted decision-making frameworks within a professional services or consulting context.
Practical fluency in applying AI capabilities (LLM-powered workflow automation, predictive analytics, document generation) to accelerate PS delivery and reduce manual effort.
Proven ability to identify where AI can systematically scale team output.
Executive-level communication skills: you can simplify complex architectural transformation decisions for executive stakeholders.
Understanding of APIs integration first strategies with familiarity to middleware solutions such as Workato or Mulesoft.
