About this role
Role Overview
Own and deliver US sales bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
Develop and execute the US commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
Lead complex CAPEX sales negotiations including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements.
Manage pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
Drive market diversification and new customer development.
Grow After Sales business including service contracts, upgrades, and spare parts.
Coordinate with global engineering, project management, and service teams.
Monitor financial performance, margins, and commercial risk.
Provide regular performance reporting and KPI tracking.
Lead and develop commercial and service resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years B2B capital equipment sales experience, preferably in food and beverage.
Proven CAPEX sales leadership background.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and financial skills.
Experience in international, matrix organizations.
