Lead the scale and embed phase of a strategic commissioning tool across the organisation
Translate healthcare policy, NHS priorities, and commissioning needs into practical delivery plans
Work closely with product and technical implementation teams to ensure the tool is usable, adopted, and aligned to strategic goals

An independent consultant
Strong understanding of healthcare policy, commissioning drivers, and strategic priorities and proven programme/project delivery experience in complex NHS environments
Ability to work effectively with product teams and technical delivery functions (even if not a “technical PM”)
Nice-to-have: Experience delivering within an ICB environment
Nice-to-have: Exposure to NHS product / digital delivery programmes (e.g. FDP experience)
Nice-to-have: Direct experience in strategic commissioning or commissioning transformation
