About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support to OneFlow clients via chat or phone.
- Use remote access to customers' machines to assist when necessary.
- Create step-by-step guides of procedures performed in the system using images and text or as videos.
- Escalate systemic issues to the Product Specialists team.
- Redirect any chat or call that falls outside your area to the appropriate department.
- Act in a consultative manner and deliver a humanized customer service experience.
Requirements
- Currently studying or graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, or any technology
- or business-related course.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Experience handling multiple simultaneous customer interactions is required.
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
- Payroll experience is required.
