Build and optimize header bidding strategies and ad delivery performance across digital platforms and video players
Develop internal tools and revenue-focused analytics dashboards for AdOps and Sales teams
Lead technical integrations with advertising vendors and partners, ensuring scalability and compliance
Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot video advertising solutions (VAST, VPAID, SIMID)
Design and maintain both server-side and client-side ad integrations
Monitor, analyze, and improve ad performance metrics such as viewability and revenue optimization
Build custom video ad formats and interactive ad experiences
Implement consent management solutions aligned with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AdOps, and Sales teams to deliver revenue-generating features

5+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of core principles and minimal reliance on frameworks
Proven expertise in React and Next.js, with a solid understanding of modern front-end architecture
Strong command of TypeScript
Experience building scalable, high-performance web applications
Solid understanding of web performance optimization and browser behavior
Experience working with advertising technologies (AdTech), including header bidding and ad delivery systems
Hands-on experience with video ad standards such as VAST, VPAID, and SIMID
Experience developing internal tools and analytics dashboards
Familiarity with server-side and client-side integrations within ad ecosystems
Understanding of privacy regulations and consent management frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Experience in media, publishing, or content-driven platforms is a plus
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Experience with Sanity CMS is a plus
Knowledge of Tailwind CSS is a plus
Familiarity with Algolia is a plus
Experience building custom video ad formats or interactive ad experiences is a plus
