Monitor branch operations specific to the market assigned
Develop strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market
Produce specific market quality assessment reports along with reviewing and managing patient satisfaction data
Work with AVPO along with several cross-functional teams at both the region and corporate level
Manage Branch Directors within the assigned market, including people leadership management
Analyze assigned market conditions, competitors, and business volume
Coordinate with Business Service Center for accounts receivable activities related to branch billing, payroll, credit, and data entry activities
Partner with sales counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding our client base
Support and ensure execution of performance improvement plans
Coach, mentor and engage with Branch Directors and Weekend Managers

RN licensure in Indiana or Michigan (or both)
At least one year of Home Health experience
OASIS experience
Must have executive presence, leadership, and managerial skills
Must have organization and communication skills, and a high level of emotional and engagement intelligence.
