Role Overview
What You’ll Do
Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
- Partnering with Technology & Operations and external HubSpot consultants to validate data models, lifecycle structures, and integrations
- Defining and implementing lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, routing logic and automation that reflect how the business actually operates
- Owning HubSpot forms, consent management, subscription frameworks and compliance best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Building scalable automation for lead handling, nurturing, re-engagement, internal alerts and suppression
- Establishing trusted reporting and dashboards that clearly show funnel health, conversion, attribution and performance
- Creating governance, documentation, and playbooks so systems are usable, understandable and sustainable
- Improving database health through ongoing hygiene, deduplication and data quality rules
- Enabling the marketing team through training sessions, walkthroughs and clear “how this works” documentation
- Preparing a thorough documentation, including system maps, SOPs, and recommendations for future optimisation
Requirements
We’d love to meet you
Especially if you can tell us about your:
- Experience leading HubSpot migrations or full implementations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Deep hands-on expertise across marketing operations fundamentals, including lifecycle design, lead scoring, automation and attribution
- Strong understanding of marketing data governance, consent management and database hygiene
- Ability to translate convoluted processes into clean, scalable systems
- Track record of building automation that actually works
- no vanity scoring or over-engineered workflows
- Confidence partnering with Sales, SDRs, Marketing and Systems teams to align definitions and ways of working
- Excellent documentation habits
- you leave systems better understood than when you found them
- Comfort working independently, prioritising delivery and driving outcomes in a fixed-term engagement
- Experience using Asana to design workflows, maintain visibility and create reusable operational templates
