Responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle
From technical discovery, technical champion building, tailored demos, RFIs, and use case workshops
you take customer input and turn it into a technical win
Identifying and developing customer technical champions
Designing and presenting tailored solution concepts
Developing implementation approaches for prospective customers
Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and professional services
Working hand-in-hand with our sales team to close deals
Requirements
Real-world experience with multiple forms of data integration (such as APIs, EDI, IoT, ETL, EAI, Message Bus, or others) and the related business processes they support
Proficiency in conducting technical needs assessments and uncovering underlying business and technical requirements
The ability to map key personas within the buying cycle, craft tailored narratives for diverse stakeholders, and successfully cultivate technical champions who advocate for Lobster’s value in our absence
Comprehensive awareness of customer challenges, business processes, and core systems commonly found in the Retail / Wholesale, Manufacturing and/or Logistics industries
Exceptional ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts on both a business and technical level
Experience with B2B sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) is a plus
Proficiency in German and English.
