Supervises daily construction work performed at job site.
Coordinates, directs, and leads workers engaged in construction activities.
Supervise crews to obtain top quality workmanship and efficiency.
Recognizes and communicates any project priorities or issues to the Project Coordinator and Program Manager.
Reviews and verifies crew time sheets and expenses.
Manages and accounts for site petty cash, credit cards, debit cards and checks.
May also engage in the same construction trades work as the workers being supervised.
Coordinates and manages in-country accommodations and non-work aspects provided by company to each of the on-site team.
Requirements
5 years hands-on experience managing FEBR projects.
Must be able to multi-task efficiently, working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong administrative, reporting, scheduling, and document control skills.
Must be able to plan, allocate resources, manage production, and coordinate people and equipment.
Strong coordination, time management, active listening, oral and written expression and comprehension, critical thinking, and reasoning skills are required.
Certification: HTSOS Certification
Security Clearances: TOP SECRET Required
