Role Overview
- Manage complex repair and strengthening projects for civil engineering structures (e.g., bridges and other engineering works)
- Coordinate site works to ensure smooth project execution
- Plan operations to optimize schedules, manpower and equipment
- Organize and supervise repair and structural strengthening interventions
- Collaborate closely with suppliers
- Ensure financial oversight and tracking of operations
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree in construction or civil engineering
- At least 5 years' experience as a site engineer or construction manager
- Strong technical skills in structural strengthening
- Comfortable with direct client-facing interactions
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders
- Adaptable and versatile
