Own bartaco’s end-to-end digital marketing strategy and performance to drive measurable traffic and sales.
Lead performance marketing across paid social media, paid search, programmatic, 3rd party delivery/catering platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, ezCater), and local/store-driving media.
Own CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts across email and SMS, including segmentation, automation, and list growth.
Translate brand moments, LTO’s and promotions into integrated, channel-ready campaign plans.
Own digital measurement and reporting, including KPI framework, dashboards, insights, and post-campaign learnings for leadership.
Own the website as a marketing channel, including content strategy, copy updates, landing pages, promotional placement, and ensuring brand/voice consistency across key journeys.
Build and execute a testing roadmap across creative, audiences, offers and conversion paths to continuously improve results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
8+ years of experience in consumer-facing digital marketing with ownership of paid media.
Proven track record driving measurable growth in multi-unit retail, restaurant, hospitality (or similar).
Strong grasp of marketing analytics, attribution basics, and experimentation.
Hands-on comfort with ad platforms, audiences, pixels/events, and lifecycle tooling.
Clear, direct communicator that can lead internal partners and agencies.
Proactive nature, operate with a sense of urgency and effective follow through.
