Equip is the leading virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program on a mission to ensure that everyone with an eating disorder can access treatment that works. The Product Manager Intern will contribute to product features and drive solutions across critical areas, working closely with various stakeholders to enhance patient care and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Run day to day product rituals including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates
- Translate user insights, operational data, and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized user stories
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to move work from concept to launch
- Identify friction points in existing workflows and propose data-informed improvements
- Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- MBA or graduate student currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience in product, consulting, engineering, data/analytics, operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to measure outcomes and inform strategic decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, actionable user stories and communicate priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn how to develop product roadmaps, including defining user stories
- Demonstrated ownership of projects or initiatives from idea to execution
