Support the development of branding for the group’s companies and participate in the creation, assembly, and distribution of promotional materials and kits.
Write and layout texts for internal communications and provide occasional support for external communications, newsletter articles, and social media posts with approval from the team coordinator.
Gather and submit company information to support PR agencies, video production teams, event companies, and catering services after approval from the area coordinator.
Contribute to defining the company’s visual identity and tone of voice, supporting the development of brand elements (graphics, illustrations, etc.), generating insights, and researching opportunities to improve information dissemination.
Organize internal and external events such as breakfasts, birthday celebrations, year-end parties, commemorative dates, and meetings with the press and clients.
Monitor industry and company news daily with a critical eye to identify opportunities and reputational risks for the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communication (Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations), Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent writing skills (content creation and editing).
Up to two years of experience in Communications or directly related activities, including work with press relations and planning and producing social media content.
Experience in event organization, internal marketing (endomarketing), and working with media outlets.
