Role Overview
Project Management: Plan, execute, and control telecommunications projects, including scope, schedule, resources, and risks, using agile and traditional methodologies.
Technical Post-Sales Support: Provide specialized technical post-sales support to customers, handling problem resolution, equipment configuration, and service optimization.
Business Analysis: Elicit client requirements, assess the technical and economic feasibility of projects, and prepare commercial proposals.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, using BPM tools to model, automate, and monitor workflows.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from networks and telecom services, using BI tools to generate insights and dashboards.
Crisis Management: Act in critical situations, leading teams and making strategic decisions to minimize impact and ensure service continuity.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Solid experience in managing telecommunications projects, with a focus on solutions for ISPs and operators.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in network technologies, equipment, and telecommunications services (e.g., fiber optics, IP networks, mobile networks, etc.).
