Lead a critical data transformation program focused on migrating legacy OSS/BSS and rollout systems into modern platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and IQGeo
Define and execute the transformation strategy
Ensure seamless data migration processes
Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, ETL, and business domains
Minimize operational disruption while ensuring data integrity, quality, and business continuity throughout the transition
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager in data migration or data transformation programs
Strong expertise in OSS/BSS ecosystems and telecom-related transformation methodologies
Hands-on experience managing ETL processes (e.g., Talend 7.x, Informatica PowerCenter 10.x, or similar tools)
Solid knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (Lightning, REST APIs), ServiceNow (ITSM modules), and/or IQGeo
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including roadmap definition, cutover planning, and go-live execution
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to executive-level audiences
Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
Fluent in English (mandatory)
