About this role
Role Overview
Handle inbound customer inquiries through the support platform, ensuring clear and timely responses.
Log and track customer requests, ensuring they are routed and resolved appropriately.
Support customers through various processes, providing information at different stages.
Keep customer information up to date in internal systems and support the management of related administrative workflows.
Contribute to improvements in support processes by mapping workflows and sharing suggestions and best practices with the team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
Previous experience in inbound customer service and knowledge of key metrics (AHT/average handling time, TME/average response time, CSAT, etc.).
Familiarity with support platforms and CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, RD Station, etc.) and Excel.
Comfortable with digital products and mobile apps.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
