You’ll assist in analysing and optimising business processes in the housing industry
You’ll work with various Aareon products (Wodis, Axera, Wowinex) – an ideal way to get an overview of our portfolio
You’ll take on your own tasks and projects – actively contributing from the start instead of just watching

Requirements
Completed vocational training (e.g. real estate agent, management assistant for digitalisation management) or a degree in real estate or a related field
Initial experience through internships, student jobs or starting a career is desirable, but not essential
Knowledge of, or first insights into, the housing industry
Strong communication skills, openness and a confident manner
Interest in intercultural collaboration and an inclusive, diverse working environment
Enthusiasm for modern, agile working methods and an open-minded attitude
Very good German and English skills
