Lead crisis management, making quick and effective decisions to mitigate project impact;
Manage project resources and ensure team synergy. Daily follow-up of the schedule and task log with resources;
Prepare, maintain and present weekly Status Reports;
Collect information and complete the relevant controls for the Status Report;
Prepare and present project overviews (bi-weekly);
Update project information in the tools used in the bi-weekly cycle
IT Plan and Task Log;
Hold weekly cadence meetings with the project team;
Create and maintain an up-to-date task log with support from the project team;
Facilitate issue resolution and remove obstacles that may impede project progress;
Escalate issues according to defined rules;
Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed according to the project scope;
Monitor the quality of work to ensure defined standards are met;
Follow standards established by the current methodology;
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of solutions, ensuring project progress is aligned with the BRD (Business Requirements Document) and ASD (Architecture Solution Document);
Coordinate adherence to the schedule for the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase;
Oversee migration or deployment of solutions;
Prepare meeting minutes, recording all topics discussed;
Support maintenance of artifacts resulting from planning in case of updates;
Escalate project impasses according to the escalation matrix;
Control and monitor the resources involved in the project;
Work to obtain approvals for artifacts and stages, in accordance with the established methodology;
Monitor project progress in relation to schedule, budget and scope;
Manage project changes, assessing impacts on scope, cost and schedule;
Organize final project documentation, including lessons learned reports;
Identify, document and mitigate potential risks;
Hold status meetings with stakeholders to review progress and align expectations;
Keep project folders organized, updating all management artifacts in accordance with the established methodology. Formalize project closure with the client through the PCC (Project Completion Certificate) and obtain necessary approvals;
Coordinate work/arrangements to transfer responsibilities to support or maintenance operations when applicable;
Ensure team engagement and communication among project stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking institutions (national or international).
Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to:
Lead executive meetings;
Prepare and present reports and status updates;
Interact independently with global stakeholders.
Solid experience in:
Schedule, risk, issue and change management;
Project governance and executive reporting;
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams;
Working with BRD (Business Requirements Document) and ASD (Architecture Solution Document);
Full project lifecycle experience (planning, execution, testing, go-live and closure);
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
