Direct customer support for the Pharma business unit (BU Pharma).
Maintenance and configuration of product-related requests.
Conduct trainings, deliver presentations, and prepare analytical reports and spreadsheets.
Respond to customer requests and execute client-related activities.
Use the systems contracted by clients.
Proactive collaboration with internal teams, colleagues, and clients to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science or related fields—or currently pursuing or completed higher education; preferably in related areas.
Experience or familiarity with customer relationship management or client-facing roles.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to deliver effective presentations and communicate clearly.
