Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform — not just a collection of tools, but a cohesive system that directly drives business performance;
Take full ownership of 5+ existing services (Hokuto, UA automation, Creo Factory, Revealbot, Creo-translate): evaluate their current state, identify architectural bottlenecks, and systematically improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability;
Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta / TikTok / Google — ensuring robust error handling, rate limiting, retries, and clear monitoring so the system operates reliably without silent failures;
Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side (CAPI pattern for Facebook and similar platforms), implement proper test coverage, and build tools that allow Growth Managers to independently configure tracking for their funnels;
Eliminate manual operational workflows (e.g., in Airtable) and enable marketing teams (UA managers, designers, growth managers) to operate independently without engineering support for routine tasks;
Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions before they become bottlenecks
shaping the long-term vision of the domain and driving technical and product priorities.
Requirements
3+ years of commercial backend development experience;
Node.js / TypeScript as the main stack;
Strong experience building reliable API integrations — including error handling, rate limiting, retries, and webhooks;
GCP experience — Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Firestore, or similar cloud environments;
Systems thinking — able to see the system beyond individual tasks; independently designs architecture and defines development priorities;
High level of autonomy — does not require a PM to define tasks; identifies problems and proposes solutions independently;
Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders — UA managers, designers, growth managers;
Ownership mindset — proactively identifies risks, drives solutions, and thinks in terms of business impact;
Uses AI as part of their workflow to move faster and think broader.
Experience with Meta Business SDK / TikTok Marketing API / Google Ads API;
Understanding of performance marketing — ROAS, CAPI, pixels, attribution;
Experience building server-side tracking (e.g., Facebook CAPI or similar);
Experience with marketing automation tools (Airtable automations, Make/Zapier, or custom solutions);
Experience working on B2C subscription products with aggressive performance marketing.
