You will support the development and operation of production-grade AI workflows and agent systems.
You will integrate internal data sources and systems (e.g., CRM, reporting, knowledge bases, project tools).
You will design and implement automation workflows using Make, n8n and custom integrations via LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, open-source models).
You will identify and prioritize automatable processes together with all departments — from reporting and content production to customer advisory.
You will design, develop and continuously optimize AI agents for analysis, research, reporting and decision-making processes.
You will evaluate and prototype with various LLM models and architectures for different use cases — in close coordination with the Head of AI.
You will be responsible for enabling the team through training, workshops and hands-on sessions — so that AI becomes a way of working, not just a project.
You will implement GDPR-compliant solutions (on-premise vs. cloud, data processing agreements, data classification).
Requirements
You have hands-on experience with LLM APIs and automation tools — not just theoretical knowledge, but you have built systems and put them into production.
You ideally have solid Python skills as an integration and automation language.
You have experience with workflow automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier) and understand their limitations.
You understand data architectures, including APIs, data connectors, ETL/ELT pipelines and data normalization.
You have a basic understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, etc.).
You are able to analyze business processes and translate them into automation opportunities.
You are confident translating between technical and business language and communicate effectively with developers and executive management alike.
You have very good German skills at C2 level; strong English skills are an advantage.
