Role Overview
- Lead the regional media strategy (online and offline), ensuring a 360° vision and integration with branding, performance and commercial initiatives;
- Manage and develop a technical team, promoting analytical excellence, execution and continuous advancement of media practices;
- Monitor, analyze and steer the performance of key marketing and business KPIs (store traffic, physical and digital sales, social selling, live commerce and lead acquisition);
- Translate data into strategic decisions, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing investments and improving efficiency (ROAS);
- Conduct advanced analyses combining offline media (OOH, TV, etc.) and online channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers), generating actionable insights for the business;
- Lead the preparation and presentation of results, learnings and recommendations to executive leadership and franchisees;
- Evolve data architecture, tools and media measurement processes, ensuring greater accuracy and intelligence in decision-making;
- Co-create, together with franchisees and internal teams, multi-brand regional media plans that respect local particularities and maximize national impact;
- Manage the regional media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of investments and prioritization of the highest-return initiatives;
- Manage the area’s budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related fields; postgraduate/MBA desirable;
- Proven experience in media management (online and offline) with a strong strategic and analytical focus;
- Experience in people management, team development and leading complex projects;
- Experience in measuring media results and building ROI evaluation models;
- Familiarity with the digital ecosystem (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers) and integration with offline media;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for interacting with executive leadership, franchisees and diverse stakeholders;
- Structured, proactive, dynamic and results-oriented profile;
- Availability to travel.
