Manage the SAP SuccessFactors (ONE) and UKG Employee Archive solution according to the Service Agreements with GPO
Lead and manage the ONE AM team and support the professional development
Ensure system management activities, processing of support, release, access and change ticket management in Service Now according to agreed procedures and within agreed SLA timelines
Ensure stable and efficient system operations in close collaboration with internal and external vendors (such as NTT, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, GBS IT, etc.)
Plan and execute change and development activities in accordance with the established change management procedure and in close cooperation with process owners and system owner
Participate in/ manage projects when required
Act as a strategic partner to Group People and Organization (GPO) including the process owners and system owner ensuring that system capabilities aligned with organizational needs
Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies and standardized operating procedures and develop system specific documents within this framework
Manage budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships related to the application area
Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and corporate governance policies
Focus on Continous Improvements within the Service Delivery both on the admin and business processes
Requirements
5-10 years of experience within system management, preferably including People Management Responsibility
Minimum Bachelor Degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
Experience from managing SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools (like Workday) in a global or multinational environment
Fluent in English is mandatory, both oral and written
Any other language is a plus
Experience from People Management in professional organization, preferably from multicultural / global teams
Strong ability to understand business processes and ability to translate this into requirements for how the systems needs to be configured
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across HR, IT, and business functions
Strong Service delivery mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive approach
Ability to monitor and handling multicultural teams and handling conflicts
Ability to communicate well with high level stake holders as well as professionals
