Lead statistical analysis and programming
Design and conduct complex data analyses through programming (primarily SAS, but also R, SQL, Python)
Work with large health databases (US real-world data
RWD): claims, electronic health records (EHR), and registries
Produce and maintain rigorous technical documentation (analysis plans, programming specifications, logs)
Manage and optimize RWD databases
Collaborate closely with IT and Data Systems teams to resolve data storage, extraction, and structuring issues
Evaluate and contribute to the acquisition of new real-world data sources
Ensure data integrity and availability to meet timelines for pharmacoepidemiology studies
Participate in innovation and selection of advanced methodologies
Implement new analytical methods and technologies in safety science to improve signal detection and health outcomes
Maintain ongoing technology watch on analysis tools and structured programming standards

Master’s degree (M2) or PhD in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics or Decision Informatics (Business Intelligence)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a CRO or within a pharmaceutical company
Advanced expertise in SAS (Macros, SQL, STAT) is mandatory
Strong familiarity with UNIX and Windows environments
Experience with R, SQL and Python is a major plus
Experience working with claims databases (e.g., MarketScan, Medicare)
Recognized for scientific rigor, attention to detail and the ability to take initiative in a multi-project environment
Fluent English required (daily interactions with the USA)
