Build, launch, and optimize marketing automation programs and campaigns in Marketo and SFDC, supporting business objectives across all Honeywell units.
Develop and enforce campaign/program naming standards, UTM generation, and data consistency practices.
Create and maintain Marketo landing pages, forms, and email nurture programs, ensuring high quality and brand alignment.
Serve as a subject matter expert for email nurture development and advanced Marketo features.
Partner with marketing teams to understand requirements, consult on automation best practices, and deliver scalable solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize campaign/program development processes between Marketo and SFDC.
Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance, data flow, and integration issues, proactively identifying and resolving errors.
Support strategic projects related to marketing automation tools, including process improvements and tool enhancements.
Stay current with industry trends, new features, and best practices in marketing automation.
Maintain documentation and contribute to training and enablement for marketing teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) in a marketing automation role.
Proven experience building and managing marketing automation programs, landing pages, and nurture campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign/program standardization, data quality, and UTM best practices.
High attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work across multiple business units and manage competing priorities.
