About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Configure and customize SAP systems, conducting workshops, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Report to our Sr IT Director.
Work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid basis.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their order management processes, challenges, and requirements.
Design SAP S/4 HANA solutions for order management processes, considering industry best practices and business needs.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP Order Management and other SAP modules (such as Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external systems.
Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the configured solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
Provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities. Create documentation including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Order Management solutions, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP Order Management, leveraging new features and functionalities of SAP S/4 HANA.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in Order Management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Order Management module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations and system conversions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Bachelor's degree.
SAP SD Certification
