Role Overview

• Contribute to building the 'Agency of the Future' model, focusing on more autonomous, digital, and scalable operations.
• Actively participate in designing, testing, and implementing new operational models across car rental branches.
• Run field pilots focused on more autonomous pick-up and drop-off experiences for customers.
• Build and test practical solutions (even simple ones), connecting tools, processes, and technology to solve real operational problems.
• Reduce dependence on human intervention in operational processes.
• Increase productivity through simplification and automation of workflows.
• Rapidly test, prototype, and refine solutions with weekly learning cycles.
• Seek external references, trends, and solutions outside the traditional environment (continuous benchmarking).
• Source and engage with suppliers, startups, and technology companies.
• Analyze operational data and translate information into practical insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed).
• Experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong execution skills with a hands-on approach and results orientation.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and unstructured environments.
• Mindset of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Ability to simplify processes and structure practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence operational teams.
• Ownership mindset, autonomy, and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Ability to design and implement simple process automations.
• (e.g., integrations, digital workflows, use of no-code/low-code tools)
• Experience using digital tools (e.g., forms, chatbots, WhatsApp, automations).
• Interest in or experience with applied AI and emerging technologies.
• Advanced English for benchmarking and interaction with international vendors.
