About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients, explaining the implementation process and ensuring all expectations are aligned;
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, especially Sales, Onboarding/Risk, Customer Success/Expansion, and Product;
- Understand the specifics of the client's business model to implement Vindi correctly;
- Perform platform configurations;
- Prepare documentation (technical and business) to guide clients throughout the implementation process;
- Provide technical support for integrations via REST API or modules and plugins;
- Deliver customized platform training;
- Monitor and provide support throughout the entire implementation process up to the client’s first sales.
Requirements
- Good understanding of business scenarios and customer profiles;
- Organized and able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously;
- Systems thinking;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to lead meetings and deliver training;
- Knowledge of REST APIs;
- Experience with SaaS solutions;
- Experience with payment solutions;
- Willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Salesforce;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Understanding of programming logic.
