Role Overview
- Responsible for accurate and reliable finance and accounting
- General ledger accounting and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Preparation of budgets and reporting to executive management and the parent company
- Responsible for cash and liquidity management and monitoring payment flows
- Ensuring quality in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and internal billing processes
- Full payroll processing
- Support with queries and day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance
- Experience with bexio and Power BI or strong willingness to learn
- Highly precise, reliable, and structured work style
- Enjoys clear processes, organization, and collaboration within a small team
