Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT to support and enhance the RightAngle application landscape
Lead and support projects, defining requirements and testing criteria
Provide day‑to‑day business support and consulting on value‑driven improvement opportunities
Implement process or technology improvement opportunities by managing and prioritizing BPO projects
Work with complex and/or cross-functional project teams
Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of systems and develop strategies for improvement of business processes
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or a combination of formal education and job-related experience preferred
3–6 years of experience supporting RightAngle end‑to‑end commercial or operational business processes within an asset‑intensive or transaction‑driven environment
Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes
Working knowledge of commercial, accounting, or supply chain process flows
Experience supporting RightAngle process enhancements, system changes, or operational initiatives
