About this role

Assist in centralizing data and analytics requests for the Private Trust Company
Gather data from various internal and external sources
Cleanse, validate, and prepare data for analysis
Explore datasets and perform basic statistical analyses
Help maintain databases and data documentation
Create and update recurring reports and dashboards
Support the development of data collection and analysis processes
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of data
Clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders in a digestible format

1–2 years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, or related work—internships and academic project experience welcome
Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional partners
Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks with support
Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (preferred)
Basic understanding of statistical methods such as correlations, regressions, or descriptive statistics (preferred)
Experience with data cleansing and transformation (preferred)
