Summer Student, Supply Chain Management

Role Overview

• Assist with contract management and other delegated administrative work throughout the summer months.
• Ensure efficient Supply Chain Management Department operations.
• Perform various types of data entry.
• Assist in records management and maintaining associated procurement documentation files.
• Support special assignments and projects as required.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year post-secondary business program.
• Strong aptitude in MS Office and MS Teams.
• Customer Service or Customer Relations experience.
• Demonstrated interest in Supply Chain Management and Procurement workflows.
• Supply Chain Management experience and demonstrated knowledge, preferably in the public sector would be an asset.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Information Management software would be an asset.
