Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification
At least 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — especially client and server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solution-oriented and helpful working style
Enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
Independent, flexible, and reliable work approach
High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, and loyalty
Quick comprehension and strong identification with the role
Languages: German: at least C1 level, English: at least B2 level
